Ladies, Gentlemen; A happening is beginning.

After months of toil, agony and deliberation, we at QuinzCo are pleased to announce that in 2008-2009 we will be releasing not one, not four, but three (smaller) albums! We will now pause for a brief Q and A.

    Q: Why?

A: Because we get bored easily. Because it means there's always something to look forward to. Because we feel like it.

    _____

The first of the three is officially, unrepentantly OUT: One Boy's Guide to the Moon. (Check out www.myspace.com/quinzy to hear the whole shebang. Let us know what you think!) Recorded in Toronto and Vancouver over the course of a year, it serves as an appetizer and template for all that is to come and we're real, real proud of it. You can grab it for a paltry $10 at CD Plus, MusicTrader, Into the Music and McNally Robinson (Grant Park). And it will be up on iTunes very shortly (you'll be notified).

AND: The CD Release Party is locked and loaded. July 16, 2008 at the Park Theatre (698 Osborne St), doors open at 7:00 PM w/ Bobby Desjarlais opening. Tickets are $10 at CD Plus, Into the Music and Music Trader. Buying early is encouraged, as the Park don't hold too many folks.

AND: New single 'The Steady Hand' is pretty much rocketing up the charts over at wonderful KICK FM (www.kick.fm). Drop them a line ((204) 949-8373), tell them to keep that happening!

Oh, and peoples: Please, please tell friends, family, co-workers, parole officers about the band, about the albums, about the shows... We love making music for you but we genuinely need your help to spread it all around. These days, word of mouth is all anybody's got in this crazy business, so all of you are our best shots at being able to, well, make a career out of this crazy thing!

We love all of you. For reals.

    Your band,

    Quinzy

PS: Blessed thanks to magical web-princess Lauren Heinrichs who went above and beyond the call of duty with the amazing album art-work and matching website to boot.
